Initial Consultations
One hour (1 hr) Consultation + Iris Photos with Main Iris Colour Report: $180
Every Sydney Iridology client receives this report as part of their initial consultation with us.
Extended (up to 90 minutes) Consultation + Iris Photos with Main Iris Colour Report: $220

One hour (1 hr) Consultation + Iridology Student Resource Report: $320
This is the ideal report for Iridology for Health Professionals course students.
One hour (1 hr) Consultation + Full Iridology Report: $380
This is the ideal report for clients and makes a great gift for a loved one who has it (almost!) all.
Important: All consultations are prepaid and your allocated day and time will be secured once we receive your payment for fees via direct bank deposit or credit card over the phone. A seven day cancellation policy applies – fees will be forfeited if the consultation appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than one week prior to the appointment’s date.

Iridology Iris Reports
When ordered on the day of your consultation:
Iris Photos with Primary Iris Colour Report: FREE
This report is complimentary with your initial in-person consultation
Iridology Student Resource Report: $140
The Iridology Student Resource Report will take two weeks to prepare
Full Iridology Report: $200
The Full Iridology Report will take three weeks to prepare
Important: Payment for any of two extended Iris Reports above is to be made in person during or within two weeks of your consultation, via direct bank deposit or credit card over the phone.
Follow-up Consultations
Follow-up consultations are offered face to face or online via Skye or Zoom. Pricing is the same for either option.
30 minutes: $70
45 minutes: $90
One (1) hour: $120

About online consultations
Online consultations provide the convenience of speaking to Sydney Iridology from the comfort of your home or work, allowing greater ease of scheduling and saving you transport time. It is important the room you are in has privacy and that you have Sydney Iridology’s mobile number ready in case there are connection issues.
Initially, the best way to arrange an online consultation is to email Sydney Iridology. That way, access details can be swapped and an appropriate consultation time may be arranged. Please ensure you have setup and have access to your Zoom or Skype – Sydney Iridology is not able to do this for you. Allow a few minutes prior to your scheduled consultation time to check your internet connection and to login to your Zoom or Skype. In summary, for Zoom meetings, we send you an invitation by email; by clicking on the hyperlink you can directly open Zoom in your browser, you do not need to have an account with them. For Skype meetings, you need to have the app installed in your computer.
Iridology for Health Professionals course
Option 1: One on one – full fees upfront – $960
Option 2: One on one – pay as you go – $160
Option 3: Group contract – full fees upfront – $690
Option 4: Group contract – pas as you go – $120
Fees include the course’s full notes or individual session notes, whichever applicable, plus your iris photos. Iris photos value is $60.
Full fees are due within one week of booking your course dates or before your first session whichever applicable depending on your selected payment option.

Acute Care Naturopathic Appointments
- This is a free 10 minute in person face to face, Zoom or Skype consult to address something urgent that you might be experiencing at the moment.
In between Naturopathy appointments consultations (for existing clients only):
- This is a free 10 minute in person face to face, Zoom or Skype consultation.
- A limit of one per month or one between appointments applies.
- If you need to email us with questions in between consults, please put all your questions together and send us one email. This way we ensure that we have all the necessary information necessary to reply to you in a holistic way.
Iris Photos:
- Iris photos are provided to you in a digital file
- Iris photos are provided to you free of charge as part of your initial in-person consultation or as part of your Iridology for Health Professionals course.
- If you are seeing another practitioner or if we were not able to take your photos as part of the Iridology for Health Professionals course, a $60 fee applies.
Natural Medicines:
These items are uniquely tailored to your individual requirements.

Cancellation Policy
Individual consultation cancellation policy: A seven (7) day cancellation policy applies
Full fees apply to no-shows, forgotten appointments, or less than one week cancellations for all consultation appointments, including initial consultations and follow-up consultations (both for in-person and online consultation appointments).
All consultations (both for in-person and online consultation appointments) are to be prepaid and your allocated day and time will be secured once we receive your payment for fees via direct bank deposit or credit card over the phone. Fees will be forfeited if the consultation appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than one week prior to the appointment’s date, if you are a no-show, or if you forget the consultation appointment.
If you cancel a consultation appointment with greater than one week’s notice your fees paid will be refunded to you via direct bank deposit to your nominated bank account.
Iridology for Health Professionals course cancellation policy: A three (3) weeks cancellation policy applies
Your paid course fees will be refunded to you minus $90 admin fee when you apply in writing by email to Sydney Iridology at least three weeks prior the course commencement date. No refunds will be granted to applications received within three weeks prior the course commencement date.
Mercedes Diverio or a Sydney Iridology representative reserve the right to cancel your appointment (at which time an alternate consultation appointment will be offered to you) or the Iridology for Health Professionals course you are enrolled in. In the case that consultation or course fees were already paid by you to Sydney Iridology, and you do not wish to accept an alternative consultation or course time, these fees will be refunded to you via direct bank deposit at your nominated bank account.

Sydney Iridology is an ethical provider of services. Sydney Iridology will treat your information as private and confidential. Sydney Iridology will never intentionally disclose any personal identification information about you to any third party without having received your permission.
Sydney Iridology follows strict ethical standards and our iris reports only contain constructive, relevant, insightful and useful information. You may choose to give consent to release your iris imaging and iris report to a third party – for example, if you are under the care of another practitioner.
